I spent many years in corporate HR before starting my own business. Over the past 16+ years, I’ve worked across South Africa and the African continent to help people lead better, manage more effectively, and show up with more impact at work. I have also supported organisations through retrenchments – equipping managers, guiding affected employees, and supporting those who remain behind navigate change. I also provide talks to organisations to assist managers and their teams spot burnout early and build healthier, more sustainable ways of working.
Whether I’m supporting a team in Johannesburg or Tanzania, or working with a leader in Somalia or Zimbabwe, I understand what it takes to navigate leadership, visibility and workplace pressure in complex environments.
Before going out on my own, I worked as an Organisational Health Consultant for a global brewing company. I helped shape and roll out the company’s wellbeing strategy across different business units – working closely with leaders, HR and frontline teams to build healthier, more resilient workplaces. That experience taught me what really matters on the ground – and what actually works in large, fast-paced organisations.
